In creating a website for Frida Escobedo, the aim was not to respond to the needs traditionally involved in presenting a project, but rather to create a structure that was sustained on two robust pillars: temporary projects and permanent projects. Instead of highlighting the various project scales, emphasis was placed on the context and approach of each project. Additionally, under the same premise, the site randomly displays—here in very large scale—archival images that have been (and are) references within Escobedo’s architectural practice and investigation.
